Paul Toben
Paul Toben is a Chicago-based lighting designer of theatre, live events and unique spaces. Paul's designs for the stage have been seen in New York City, national regional theaters, Canada, and the UK. Regionally, Paul has designed an array of plays and musicals for theaters including Chicago’s Court Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, TheatreWorks, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Northlight Theatre, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cleveland Playhouse, Arizona Theatre Company, Magic Theatre, and many others. He also designs lighting for branded corporate events, architectural projects, concerts, and special events. Paul has been the associate lighting designer for numerous Broadway productions, national tours and special events around the country. He is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.
