Stanley A. Meyer
Stanley A. Meyer has been “making a career out of coloring and playing pretend” for over thirty years, and has 100+ credits as a scenic designer, production designer and illustrator, each of which have earned him numerous awards and nominations. A few of his critically acclaimed works include the original Broadway production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Sir Elton John and Sir Tim Rice’s Aida (Alliance Theatre - World Premiere), Sir Tim Rice’s From Here to Eternity (American Premiere), and Rob Roth’s WARHOLCAPOTE, directed by Michael Mayer (American Repertory Theatre - World Premiere). Stanley is listed in the Library of Congress for illustrating the book 101 Things I Hate About Your House. He gives special thanks to his Latvian husband, Arnis Robeznieks, and their cat, Sir Barney Bainbridge, who lives within the world of Beauty and the Beast.
